CMU study shows consumers may be swayed by distraction
Consumers talking on cell phones or dealing with a crying child in the store may make more impulsive purchases. DECEASED CMU STUDENT'S RESEARCH ON RARE SYNDROME TO BE PUBLISHED
Central Michigan University student Joanna Russ had a passion for conducting research on children with disabilities, and she was in the midst of conducting two simultaneous studies on a rare condition called CHARGE Syndrome when an automobile accident took her life in 2004. The findings of one of those studies will be published in the journal "Child Neuropsychology" in July. Read the Story
